Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Quick Health Certified, we provide students with flexibility in managing their course enrollment. If a student decides to cancel their registration, they have up to 3- days from the date of payment to receive a full refund of the enrollment fee.

Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Student Support Team by email or phone. After this initial three-day period, the enrollment fee is non-refundable, but students can still request program cancellation under the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] or by calling 430-562-8348
  • After the first three days, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
  • All cancellations must be handled through the Student Support Team.

Quick Health Certified offers flexible payment options, but it’s important for students to stay up-to-date with their payments to maintain access to their program.

Students who choose to pay in installments must make their payments by the 10th of each month. If a payment is overdue for 15 days, access to the program will be temporarily paused.

Should the payment remain overdue for 30 days, the student's enrollment will be canceled. To continue the program after cancellation, students must re-enroll and pay the full deposit again.

Our all-inclusive pricing covers everything you need, including courses, materials, and exam preparation. You’ll receive digital books, access to practice exams, and your certification exam voucher (for the first attempt). Additionally, our dedicated Student Services team is with you every step of the way, providing guidance, motivation, and job placement assistance to help you succeed.

What certifications am I eligible for after completing a program?

Quick Health Certified programs prepare you for national certifications from recognized authorities like the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), and others. Each program is tied to specific certifications, which are fully covered as part of your enrollment, helping you launch your career with the right credentials.

Is Quick Health Certified accredited?

Yes, we partner with industry-leading organizations to offer accredited programs. Our certifications are recognized by the NHA, PTCB, BACB, ASHP, and many more. Quick Health Certified is a licensed proprietary school under the State of Michigan and is listed as an approved training provider across multiple state workforce boards.

What are the technical requirements to enroll in a program?

You’ll only need basic tech requirements: a computer, internet access, and the Chrome browser. These minimal requirements make it easy for students to engage with our programs from anywhere.

How are the training and courses delivered?

We use a custom-built Learning Management System (LMS), which houses all coursework, quizzes, and exam prep. It tracks your progress and offers detailed insights into what you’ve completed and what’s coming up next. The LMS is designed to keep you organized and on schedule, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

What career services, externships, and job placement support does Quick Health Certified offer?

Our Career Services team works closely with healthcare employers to connect students with local job opportunities. While job placement isn’t guaranteed, we offer a variety of tools like resume builders and cover letter templates. For programs requiring clinical experience, we assist students in securing internships, externships, apprenticeships, or job shadowing to complete their training.
