Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Quick Health Certified, we provide students with flexibility in managing their course enrollment. If a student decides to cancel their registration, they have up to 3- days from the date of payment to receive a full refund of the enrollment fee.
Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Student Support Team by email or phone. After this initial three-day period, the enrollment fee is non-refundable, but students can still request program cancellation under the following guidelines:

- After the first three days, the enrollment fee is non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be handled through the Student Support Team.
Quick Health Certified offers flexible payment options, but it’s important for students to stay up-to-date with their payments to maintain access to their program.
Students who choose to pay in installments must make their payments by the 10th of each month. If a payment is overdue for 15 days, access to the program will be temporarily paused.
Should the payment remain overdue for 30 days, the student's enrollment will be canceled. To continue the program after cancellation, students must re-enroll and pay the full deposit again.
